Mobile Plumber - #2149425

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial building services and facilities maintenance company for an experienced Mobile Plumber to join their growing team.

This is a Monday to Friday role covering commercial sites across London, carrying out a mixture of planned maintenance, reactive repairs and installation work. A company vehicle is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a stable, long-term position with no shift work.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠⁠Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial plumbing systems.
• ⁠ ⁠Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding.
• ⁠ ⁠Installation of pipework, sanitaryware and associated plumbing systems.
• ⁠ ⁠General plumbing maintenance across a variety of commercial properties.
• ⁠ ⁠Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently.
• ⁠ ⁠Completing job reports and paperwork accurately.
• ⁠ ⁠Delivering a high standard of customer service while working on client sites

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• ⁠ ⁠Previous experience working within commercial maintenance.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience carrying out both maintenance and installation work.
• ⁠ ⁠Full UK driving licence.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
