Antal International is partnering a Global AI, Technology & Consulting firm entering an exciting new phase of growth.

The business is a technology and consulting business partnering with leading retailers and consumer brands to deliver measurable commercial impacts. Combining deep industry expertise with advanced AI, analytics and consulting, we help clients transform how they plan, trade and grow.
Their agentic AI platform, and as we scale both sides of the organisation, we are looking for an exceptional Head of People to build the People function for the next stage of our journey.

The Opportunity

• Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact, highly autonomous role with genuine ownership of the People agenda across the business.
• You will work closely with leaders across Consulting, Product, Data Science and Operations, translating business strategy and growth plans into a People strategy that enables the organisation to scale effectively.
• This is not a role for someone looking simply to maintain existing HR processes.
• We are looking for a hands-on People leader, builder and commercial thinker who can assess what is needed, set the agenda, make clear recommendations and then roll up their sleeves and make it happen.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced People / HR leader who has already operated in a scaling, international environment and is comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for direction.

You will ideally bring:

• 8+ years' HR generalist experience, including ownership or leadership of a People function.
• CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
• Strong experience across People strategy, performance, reward, recruitment, ER, L&D and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and the judgement to bring in specialist expertise where required internationally.
• Experience supporting remote and internationally distributed teams.
• A proven track record of building and improving People processes in growing organisations.
• A genuinely commercial approach to People, understanding how workforce decisions impact growth, delivery, utilisation and profitability.

Experience within professional services, consulting, technology, SaaS or AI would be highly advantageous, particularly where you have worked across a business combining consulting/services with software or product teams.
Experience supporting teams across India and/or the US, BambooHR, share option schemes, reward design or workforce planning within a project/utilisation-led environment would also be valuable.
