A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the delivery of strategic marketing and business development initiatives across key practice areas.

In this varied role, you'll work closely with lawyers and senior stakeholders on pitches and proposals, marketing campaigns, client development activities, events, legal directory submissions, CRM management, and thought leadership programmes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years' Business Development or Marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience supporting pitches, proposals and client development initiatives
• Strong event management and campaign delivery skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A highly organised approach with exceptional attention to detail
