An exciting opportunity to work on global B2B events portfolio with a boutique agency who consider both science and creativity on every brief. The agency work with some of the largest pharma and tech clients in the world to deliver creative events programmes, B2E communication events, scientific workshops, and multi-hub conferences. This is a Senior Event Producer role where the portfolio is as cerebral as it is international.

The Company

A boutique international communication and events agency with offices across Europe, Asia and North America, working predominantly with pharma and tech clients on complex, content-led programmes. The Role

The Senior Event Producer reports to the Head of Content Production and leads the full end to end project delivery of communication campaigns and live event environments, partnering in-house creative and content teams across a broad portfolio: event and workshop design, corporate communications, pitch support, vendor management and global delivery, from town halls to large-scale multi-hub conferences.

• Lead, coach and mentor the in-house producers
• Own project planning, timelines and on-site delivery across global events
• Partner with account and creative teams from brief through to onsite showcalling
• Support pitch and proposal development alongside Account Directors
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships and technical production requirements

The Candidate

The right Senior Event Producer has a solid track record in live event production and design, and has led or mentored a team through complex, multi-workstream communication and/or event projects. You are as comfortable in a client meeting as you are on the show floor, with a genuine feel for both the creative and the logistical side of delivery.

Experience in video production, content management and pitch development would be advantageous , as is a background in large-scale or multi-hub events. Those applying for the Senior Event Producer position from adjacent corporate or scientific communications backgrounds are encouraged to do so.
