About you

We are looking for an experienced and proactive operations professional who can provide effective support across our southern estate. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident working with multiple stakeholders to ensure operational standards are maintained and business priorities are delivered.

You will have experience within a fast-paced retail, hospitality, food service or multi-site environment, with a strong understanding of operational processes and customer service. You will be comfortable analysing performance data, identifying areas for improvement and supporting teams to implement practical solutions.

You will be a strong communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues, franchise partners and internal stakeholders. You will also be confident working independently, managing competing priorities and providing hands-on support when required. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South are essential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide day-to-day operational support across the Southern region, working closely with Regional Managers, franchise partners and internal teams.
• Support the delivery of operational standards, processes and business initiatives, ensuring agreed requirements are understood and implemented consistently.
• Analyse operational and commercial performance data, identifying trends, opportunities and areas requiring further support or action.
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of regional projects, new initiatives and operational improvements.
