6 month FTC Human Resources Officer - Global Asset Manager - Stephen Bell Associates - #2149798

Our client is a successful global asset manager. They are seeking to hire a Human Resources Officer for a 6 month fixed term contract in their small London Human Resources Team.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. HR administration - issue contracts, onboarding, offboarding and handle compliance checks.
2. Recruitment – management of recruitment campaigns from end to end.
3. Employee relations - handling employee queries on HR policies, absence, holidays, training records and

bene?ts.

1. HRIS data - support maintenance of accurate employee data in People HR: new starter and leaver records,

absence, holidays and training approvals.

1. Bene?ts administration - supporting bene?ts across the EU entities with local brokers, including onboarding employees onto schemes and communicating changes.
2. HR reporting - producing and quality-checking reports to support payroll and ?nance processing, management information and compliance requirements.
3. Performance cycle administration - tracking review completion to keep the cycle on schedule.
4. Documentation - maintaining the European employee handbooks and the job description library so both stay current.
5. Immigration support - administrative support for employee visa and immigration processes as needed.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will be immediately available and possess; at least two years in a generalist HR/HR administration role, ideally gained in financial or professional services, working knowledge of UK employment law fundamentals and right-to-work requirements, demonstrable reporting and data capability - comfortable building HR reports and working in Excel to lookup and pivot-table level, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, strong written and verbal communication skills, and competent across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. CIPD level 3 or level 5 (or working towards it) is desirable.
