London| Hybrid - x2 days a week | Up to £55,000 + bonus

A leading performance marketing and digital solutions agency is looking for a Martech Engineer to join its Media Solutions team and help build the technology that powers smarter, more efficient digital marketing for major B2B and B2C brands.

This is a hands-on engineering role sitting at the intersection of technology, data and digital marketing. You'll build and maintain proprietary tools, integrations and automation that support teams across SEO, paid search, paid social and content, while working closely with data and analytics specialists.

You'll be involved in projects such as building API connectors into BigQuery, developing serverless applications, creating AI-enabled marketing tools and dashboards, and troubleshooting client-facing platforms. You'll also work directly with stakeholders to understand problems, scope solutions and turn ideas into scalable technical products.

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years' professional experience in software/MarTech engineering

• Strong JavaScript, TypeScript and/or Node.js skills

• Experience developing, maintaining and debugging serverless applications

• GCP experience

• Understanding of at least one digital marketing channel such as SEO, paid search, paid social or content

• Experience working with APIs and data

• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and marketing teams

Nice to have:

• BigQuery or equivalent data warehousing experience

• ETL platforms such as Funnel or Adverity

• Experience pulling and transforming data through APIs

• Hands-on experience integrating AI into tools and workflows, including LangChain or CrewAI

• Agency experience

The role is hybrid, with two days a week in either London or Brighton (London preferred), and offers up to £55,000 plus a company bonus.
