Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer

A leading M&E hard facilities services provider has a key requirement for an experienced Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer to carry out PPM's and reactive breakdowns on Air Conditioning plant equipment. The Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer should be able to commute to London. This is a great opportunity for a Static AC Biased Building Services Engineer to learn other disciplines within Building Services within a highly prestigious site.

As the successful Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be

• Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer will be attending PPM on Mechanical air conditioning plant.
• Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer will be working in London
• Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer will be working on AC systems, AHU's and FCU's
• Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer will be completing reactive breakdowns on Air Conditioning equipment and plant.
• Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer will be paid up to £43k + Zone 1-6 Travel card (reimbursed via expenses monthly) + pension + 20days plus BH increasing 1 day per year of service + Callout rota 1 in 4 paid at £100 retainer and if called out 4hrs minimum

To be the successful Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be

• Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer will be able to commute to London
• Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer will be experienced in working on AC systems, AHU's, FCU's
• Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer will be experienced in attending PPM's and reactive breakdowns on mechanical air conditioning plant.
• Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer must have NVQ Level 2 in Air conditioning and refrigeration and F-GAS CAT 1

Static AC Building Maintenance Engineer will be paid up to £43,000 + Zone 1-6 Travel card (reimbursed via expenses monthly) + pension + 20days plus BH increasing 1 day per year of service + Callout rota 1 in 4 paid at £100 retainer and if called out 4hrs minimum
