We're working with a well-established, family-owned construction and property maintenance business, trusted across Central London for over 20 years to deliver both planned and reactive building services to commercial and residential clients.

Your day-to-day:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across domestic and commercial sites
• Diagnosing and resolving faults on a wide range of systems and appliances
• Handling 1st and 2nd fix work, testing, and commissioning
• Building strong working relationships with customers and subcontractors on site
• Mentoring apprentices and helping raise standards across the team

What you'll need:

• Time-served / NVQ3 or equivalent in gas and plumbing
• Solid knowledge of commercial heating systems
• ACS gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1
• Unvented (G3), Confined Spaces, Safe Isolation and Multimeter training desirable (or willingness to work towards)
• Valid CSCS card and clean UK driving licence

• £50,000-£65,000, based on experience
