Real Estate Credit Analyst - Carr Lyons - #2150714

An international bank's London office is hiring a Real Estate Credit Analyst to join its European real estate finance team, focused on non-recourse lending across major European markets.

You'll get hands-on exposure to origination and credit analysis for real estate transactions - financial modelling, credit paper preparation, due diligence and portfolio monitoring - working alongside senior bankers on live deals from day one.

What you'll be doing

1. Building and stress-testing cash flow models for non-recourse real estate loans
2. Preparing credit applications and supporting transaction due diligence
3. Analysing market, sponsor and asset-level risk across European jurisdictions
4. Supporting portfolio monitoring and covenant compliance for existing facilities
5. Working closely with origination, risk and legal teams through the deal lifecycle

What we're looking for

1. Experience in real estate finance, structured/leveraged finance, or credit analysis, ideally with non-recourse or real estate lending exposure
2. Strong financial modelling skills
3. Genuine interest in European real estate markets
4. Confident communicator, comfortable working across deal teams

Based in London, with exposure to transactions across Europe.
