This is an exciting new opportunity to work onboard this super luxury train as a Chef de Partie. You will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality dishes.
Chef de Partie, Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious, high-quality dishes for guests and team that exceed expectations
- Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
- Direct, guide and assist commis chefs
- Ensure that the quality and quantity standards of preparations and presentations are adhered to.
Chef de Partie, Skills Required:
- Previous Chef De Partie experience
- Experience within hotels / brasseries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Chef de Partie, Additional Information:
- Paying £31K + Tronc
- Working onboard a super luxury train, travelling on day trips within the UK.
- Working a 40 hour week
