An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Travel Management Company specialising in travel for clients across the music and entertainment industry.

I’m looking for an experienced Touring travel specialist, Senior Business Travel Consultant, Business Travel Consultant or Corporate Travel Consultant or groups flights specialist, who has experience managing travel for production, entertainment or music touring clients. You’ll work on dedicated accounts, arranging complex worldwide travel and building strong relationships with your clients.

• Booking complex worldwide travel including flights, hotels, car hire and rail

• Managing travel for music, entertainment and touring clients and groups

• Changing and amending itineraries, including ticketing and reissuing

• Problem solving and managing last-minute travel changes

• Providing a high level of customer service and building strong relationships with tour managers and travel managers

• Taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution, even when plans change at short notice

• Strong business travel, corporate travel or music touring travel experience

• Excellent Galileo or Amadeus knowledge

• Strong ticketing and reissuing experience

• GDS group travel experience would be an advantage

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

• A flexible approach to working hours is essential. This is not a typical 9–5 corporate travel role — client and touring requirements can change at short notice and shifts may occasionally overrun. The priority is making sure the travel arrangements are fully taken care of.

• Working between 8.30am and 6.30pm on a small shift pattern:

• Flexibility is essential, as shifts can sometimes overrun depending on what is happening with clients and tours. You’ll need to be comfortable doing what is required to get the job done rather than simply finishing when your scheduled shift ends.

• Up to £34,000 salary, with up to £38,000 available for candidates with relevant music touring experience
