Interim HR BP

Immediate start - 8 months +London - HybridCompetitive day rate - inside scope of IR35
Interim HR BP required for a pharmaceutical/FMCG business which is enjoying success and growth.


This is a standalone role supporting leaders across the UK, you will partner with the other in country HR BPs providing expert HR guidance while partnering with the business through a period of continued growth and change. The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR generalist who is comfortable operating both strategically and operationally.Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert advice on UK employment law and employee relations matters.
• Lead on complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and organisational change.
• Support workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement activities.
• Drive HR policy development and best practice across the business.
• Coach and support managers on all people-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance requirements.

About You

• CIPD qualified or equivalent with proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law with the ability to confidently manage complex employee relations issues.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a standalone HR role.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Previous exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, FMCG or consumer-focused businesses would be highly desirable.
• Additional experience supporting employees or stakeholders across France, Italy and Germany would be advantageous.
• It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to an 8 month plus duration
