Are you a Exhibition Designer, Spatial Designer or Exhibition Architect looking for a senior, hands-on role where you'll shape the physical environments people move through, bringing stories to life through space, structure, objects and layout?

On offer is the chance to join a world-renowned organisation during a major period of redevelopment and renewal, working on a mix of exhibitions, galleries and public visitor spaces where your designs will be seen by huge audiences.

You'll take projects from early concept through design development and technical delivery to installation/completion. The role is a balance of creative spatial thinking and detailed technical design: producing and overseeing drawings/specifications, coordinating consultants and contractors, and ensuring designs are buildable, on time and on budget. Sustainability is a key consideration throughout delivery.

This is a lead-level position where you'll support and mentor other designers and help maintain strong studio standards, while remaining a hands-on designer across multiple projects.

This role would suit a senior exhibition/spatial designer looking for high-profile work, real ownership from concept to installation, and long-term development in a specialist in-house studio environment.

The Role:

• Lead the spatial design of exhibitions, galleries and visitor spaces from concept through to installation/completion
• Hybrid working, 3 days onsite
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to CAD, sustainability and wider studio standards

The Person:

• Background in exhibition design / spatial design / experiential design or architecture with strong relevant project experience
• Comfortable taking projects from concept through technical development to delivery/installation
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed, built spatial projects (portfolio required)
