About the Role

HME Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking and professional Cleaner / Driver to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cleaning services across various sites throughout Greater London, while also driving company vehicles and transporting cleaning equipment and materials as required.

This is a varied role that requires someone who is organised, punctual, flexible and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out professional cleaning services across various sites in Greater London.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Use cleaning products, materials and equipment safely and correctly.
• Drive company vehicles to and from different work locations.
• Transport cleaning equipment and materials between sites.
• Ensure company vehicles and equipment are kept clean, secure and well maintained.
• Follow company health and safety procedures.
• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and within required timeframes.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with customers and site staff.
• Report any issues, damage or maintenance requirements to management.
• Complete job records and other relevant paperwork as required.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Willingness to travel to different sites across Greater London.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
