An experienced Fabric Engineer is required for a temporary facilities management assignment in Greater London. You'll provide hands-on building fabric maintenance, completing planned and reactive tasks across the site.
This role suits a Fabric Engineer or multi-skilled maintenance operative with practical experience across PPMs, general repairs, painting, decorating and carpentry.

The Role
As the Fabric Engineer, you'll:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across building fabric.
- Complete general repairs and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
- Undertake painting and decorating works as required.
- Carry out carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
- Support the effective delivery of fabric maintenance across the site.
To be successful as the Fabric Engineer, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a Fabric Engineer or similar maintenance role.
- Practical experience completing building fabric PPMs.
- Strong general repairs and maintenance capabilities.
- Experience carrying out painting and decorating works.
- Carpentry and basic joinery repair experience.
- £21–£23 per hour, paid via umbrella.
- Temporary contract.
- Hands-on building fabric maintenance role.
- Varied work across PPMs, repairs, decorating and carpentry.
