£40,000-£60,000 | UK Wide | Permanent | Water & Wastewater

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CAD Technician to join a UK-wide multidisciplinary design team supporting a major programme of infrastructure and non-infrastructure water projects.

You'll work alongside engineers from multiple disciplines, producing and coordinating technical drawing information across water and wastewater treatment schemes.

The role can be based in Manchester, London, Bristol, Exeter, Derby, Peterborough, Glasgow or Northern Ireland.

You'll be involved in:

• Producing technical CAD drawings across water and wastewater projects
• Supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout design delivery
• Developing and updating drawings in line with project requirements
• Coordinating technical drawing information between engineering disciplines
• Incorporating engineering comments and design changes
• Supporting the preparation and management of project documentation
• Maintaining accurate and consistent drawing information
• Working closely with engineers and wider design teams

• Previous experience as a CAD Technician or similar
• Strong CAD and technical drawing capability
• Experience producing engineering drawings and project information
• Good understanding of engineering drawing standards
• Ability to interpret technical information and design requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills

Experience within water, wastewater, utilities, treatment or wider engineering projects would be beneficial.

• £40,000-£60,000 salary, depending on experience
