Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and guests
• Managing the reception area and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence
• Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements
• Handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries
• Monitoring and ordering office supplies and stationery

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in Reception, Administration, Front of House, or Office Support
• A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
