ThisisaseniorrolewithinourDefinedContributionInvestmentConsultingteam, where you will take lead responsibility for advising some of our largest DC clients. These include master trusts, collective DC schemes, single-employer trusts, pension schemesponsors,IndependentGovernanceCommittees(IGCs),andpensionproviders.Youwillworkcloselywithspecialistsacrossourasset-liability,managerresearch,andresponsibleinvestmentteamstodeliverhigh-qualitystrategicadviceandinnovativeinvestmentsolutionsforclients

How you'll make an impact

This role will provide you with the opportunity to be part of the leadership team within the DC practice, where you’ll be responsible for:

• Shaping the firm’s DC strategy
• Industry leading research
• The continued enhancement of technology to support our work
• Businessdevelopment,strategicclientengagement,andmarketpositioning

About You

• Has 8–15 years of experience working with DC pensions clients.
• Combines strong technical knowledge with a strategic mindset.
• Enjoys mentoring and helping others grow.
• Builds trusted relationships with clients.

It’s a bonus if you:

• Hold CFA or FIA qualifications (not essential).
• Have experience co-leading client relationships.
• Have managed junior colleagues and want to develop your leadership skills further.
