You will be working for a well-known organisation who are looking for an experienced Business Analyst ideally with Healthcare experience. The rate is £310 per day inside IR35 and the role is remote working with the occasional 1-2 days a month in the office.

Your new role
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Analyst to support the NHS APP programme. The role combines business analysis with project coordination, data analysis and reporting, working across multidisciplinary stakeholder groups to help maintain delivery progress and address issues effectively. Experience in healthcare, digital health or another safety-critical environment would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis and project coordination support across the NHS APP programme.
• Engage with multidisciplinary stakeholders, gathering information and maintaining clear communication across the project.
• Analyse data and information, identify patterns and produce clear reporting to support project and clinical safety activities.
• Track activities, progress, dependencies and deadlines across multiple work streams or tasks.
• Identify problems and delivery risks, ask appropriate questions and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support effective coordination between business, project and healthcare stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Project management and coordination experience, preferably within healthcare or digital health environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Business analysis, data analysis and reporting capability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, track progress and meet deadlines.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with healthcare environments or public health systems.
• Clinical experience or a clinical background.
• Digital Health / Health IT experience.
• Experience within a safety-critical industry such as aviation, automotive, oil & gas or nuclear.

Candidate profile: A well-organised Business Analyst who can combine structured analysis with hands-on coordination, communicate confidently with varied stakeholders and operate effectively in a healthcare, digital health or safety-conscious delivery environment.
