You will join an established and collaborative real estate team acting for a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, family offices, developers, investors, high-net-worth individuals, luxury brands, hospitality businesses, charities, lenders and occupiers.

Description

The role will involve exposure to a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions, disposals and lettings.
• Acting for developers, investors, occupiers, private clients and family offices.
• Residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use development projects.
• Promotion and option agreements relating to development land.
• Banking, lending and refinancing transactions.
• Portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
• Hotel and leisure sector transactions.
• Landlord and tenant asset management work.
• Corporate real estate acquisitions

Profile

To be considered, you should have:

• 2-4 years' post-qualification experience within commercial real estate.
• Strong technical knowledge of property and land law.
• Experience gained within a well-regarded real estate team.
• Excellent drafting, communication and client-facing skills.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach.
• The ability to work effectively within a collaborative and cross-disciplinary environment.
• An interest in business development and networking activities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms
