Role: High Net Worth Broker

Hybrid: 3x a week on-site

Bonus: Paid Monthly + Weekly Lunch Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines and high net worth clients
• Handle 20–35 renewals each month
• Provide a high-quality service throughout the client lifecycle
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle inbound new business leads, with 8 new business leads per month – no cold calling
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, particularly into Motor
• Work across a range of Personal Lines and HNW covers, including Motor, Buildings & Property, Contents, Liability, Jewellery & Watches, Loss & Theft and Accidental Damage
• Work with premiums ranging up to £10,000
• Use Acturis, working across both E-Trade and manual placements
• Build relationships with leading insurers including Covia, Aviva, Brit and Hiscox
• Contribute to the team’s strong 95% retention rate
• Weekly lunch allowance

Ideal Candidate:

• 1–4 years’ insurance experience
• A background in Personal Lines broking – The team are happy to train on HNW
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and commercial approach to identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities
• The ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team
