Fabric Technician – Moorgate / Central London – Up to £40k Package – Mon to Fri, 35-Hour Week

Excellent client direct opportunity for an experienced Fabric Technician to join an established estates team in Central London.

Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, you’ll carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across a large commercial estate. The role offers a strong overall package, excellent benefits and long-term development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Planned and reactive fabric maintenance

• Carpentry, joinery and general building repairs

• Painting, decorating and making good

• Repairs to doors, locks, fixtures and fittings

• Minor plumbing works

• Supporting the wider M&E and estates team

• Completing maintenance records and reporting defects

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade

• Strong fabric or general building maintenance experience

• Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing or similar background

• Commercial maintenance experience desirable

• Good practical repair and maintenance skills

• Must be able to pass SC Clearance
