Report to:               Team Leader

Salary:                     £25,000-£26,800 (plus RRP payable upon successful completion                                     of the probationary period)

Education level:      Undergraduate degree (or equivalent)

Central Recruitment is currently looking for a Trainee Compliance Administrator to join our fast paced and dynamic Compliance and Resourcing Team.  As a Trainee Compliance Administrator you will have a customer facing role, supporting the team with all aspects of worker attraction, recruitment and compliance management.

To succeed in the role, you will need to be a confident communicator, have a proactive and can-do attitude and have excellent soft skills including attention to detail, a high level of computer literacy and in-depth analytical skills.

Once trained, Compliance Administrators are expected to work both autonomously and as part of a team on all areas of the business managed by the compliance and resourcing team, including: pro-active candidate attraction, candidate suitability interviews; candidate compliance management (Right to Work, DBS etc); weekly reports and departmental administration.

Central Recruitment provides a number of recruitment and training solutions to the private and not-for-profit sectors, including; housing associations, charities, local authorities and the NHS.  Besides traditional recruitment services, we also develop our own recruitment software and provide neutral vendor services, locum bank management and workforce management solutions.

Home Working Environment Requirements

As this role is home-based, there is no geographical restriction for applicants who wish to apply from around the UK.  However, it is critical that applicants can demonstrate they have a private home working environment, where they can work uninterrupted.  Excellent, high quality broadband connectivity is also critical, as is back-up hardware (personal laptop and mobile phone).
