CRM Executive - Fashion Retail | London

London - Hybrid, 3 days a week

We're working exclusively with a well-known British fashion retail group on an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive to join their growing team.

This is a great role for someone with 1-2 years' CRM/email marketing experience, ideally within retail, fashion or beauty, who is commercially minded, passionate about customer engagement and keen to develop their career in CRM.

The role will involve:

• Briefing, building, sending and reporting on email campaigns

• Supporting the email and CRM strategy

• Developing segmentation and targeted customer audiences

• Testing and learning to improve engagement and revenue

• Analysing campaign performance and making recommendations

• Supporting weekly/monthly reporting and CRM projects

• Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends

• Working closely with marketing, trading and creative teams

We're looking for:

• 1-2 years' experience in CRM/email marketing

• Experience building emails and automations within an ESP

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for CRM/customer engagement

• Retail experience is highly desirable, particularly fashion or beauty

• Ometria experience would be a bonus
