TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE

Working within a fast-paced and innovative environment, you'll support end-to-end recruitment activities, helping to attract and engage top talent across the business. TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE ROLE:

• Identifying and attracting high-quality talent through a combination of job board advertising, networking, social media engagement, and direct search methods
• Managing the end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial screening through to offer acceptance and onboarding
• Delivering high-volume recruitment activity across Client Services functions, with a focus on securing outstanding early-career talent for both London- and Lisbon-based opportunities
• Maintaining accurate candidate records within the ATS, leveraging recruitment data and insights to drive continuous process improvements
• Partnering with colleagues to develop and strengthen relationships with universities, helping to build sustainable talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Collaborating with the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team on strategic hiring projects and large-scale recruitment campaigns aligned with business growth objectives
• Supporting innovation within the Talent function by conducting market research, reviewing recruitment best practices, and implementing initiatives that enhance hiring efficiency and quality

TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE ESSENTIALS:

• Minimum 12 months in high-volume recruitment (internal preferred)
• Existing UK working rights
• Immediately available
• Experience with Workable

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
