My client is a leading M&E residential contractor delivering major projects across London and the Home Counties. With over 20 years of trading experience and a turnover exceeding £70 million, they have established themselves as a market leading M&E specialist.

Their projects range from £2 million to £20 million+ in M&E value, covering a wide range of major residential developments. Role & Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating subcontractor labour on site.
• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.
• Delivering toolbox talks.
• Reviewing and amending RAMS
• Driving the job forward
• Overseeing all mechanical installations to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Ensuring works are delivered on time and to the required quality.
• Signing off and managing permits as required.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Supervisor role.
• Experience working on large-scale residential developments.
• Ideally, a background within the residential M&E sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and a willingness to develop their career.
• The ambition to progress within the business and work towards future promotion opportunities.
