Basic Salary to £60,000+ | £100,000+ OTE | Quarterly Bonus Scheme

Are you an experienced Partnerships/ Business Development Manager with a proven track record of developing professional introducer relationships?

An established and growing Property, Commercial and Business finance business is looking for an experienced Partnerships/ Business Development Manager to play an important role in its continued growth. You’ll already have experience building and developing relationships with accountants, solicitors, financial intermediaries and professional introducers, with a clear understanding of how to turn strong professional relationships into sustainable sources of new business. This is a highly visible, relationship-led position where you’ll spend significant time meeting partners, developing your network and creating new opportunities. You’ll have the autonomy to build relationships, represent the business externally and make a measurable contribution to its growth.

The Role

• Build and develop relationships with accountants, solicitors, financial intermediaries and professional introducers
• Generate new business through face-to-face meetings, calls, networking, referrals and industry events
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners and opportunities
• Understand partners and their clients to identify relevant funding requirements
• Maintain regular contact with your network and develop long-term commercial relationships
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure referred opportunities are managed professionally
• Represent the business at meetings, networking events and industry functions
• Take ownership of partnership activity and commercial performance
• Contribute directly to the continued growth of the business

About You

• Experience within property finance, commercial finance, specialist lending, mortgages is essential.
• A proven track record of developing and generating new business from accountants, solicitors, financial intermediaries and/or professional introducers.
• Strong understanding of how to develop and maintain an introducer network
• Confident building new relationships as well as developing existing connections
• Comfortable arranging and conducting face-to-face meetings
• Confident picking up the phone, prospecting and opening new conversations
• Professional, personable and credible when representing a business externally
