Corporate Tax Senior Manager - #2152948

An opportunity has opened for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to take a leadership role within an established London tax team. You'll manage your own portfolio, but a large part of this role is about supporting the wider team: coaching, developing, and consistently bringing new opportunities to the table.

This is a genuinely fast-growing part of a top 10 UK accountancy and advisory group, built through more than a hundred acquisitions and consistent double-digit revenue growth, independently named a UK accountancy growth leader by an industry body, alongside regional recognition spanning audit, tax and employer categories. The regional tax teams within this structure often run to dozens of specialists working on genuinely complex work, from group structures to corporate interest restriction to M&A, giving Senior Managers exposure well beyond what most standalone firms could offer. You'd have the backing of partners and directors within a close-knit team, while still being part of something considerably bigger.

• Overseeing a portfolio of key corporate clients, including their compliance process
• Spending a significant part of your time supporting Tax Partners on advisory delivery
• Managing the corporate tax team: hearing feedback, conducting appraisals, and coaching junior colleagues
• Building strong, lasting relationships with your own clients through regular contact and meetings
• Consistently identifying new opportunities and bringing them back to the wider group

• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Proven corporate or mixed tax experience at a senior level within practice
• Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to research complex tax legislation confidently
• Genuine people-management experience or a clear readiness to step into it
