Regional Sales Manager – for a Leading HVAC Manufacturer (A/C, Refrigeration, Heating, Renewables) - £60k - £65k base salary + £100k OTE

Location - Surrey / Reading / Kent / Sussex / South of London / South of the River Thames (you must already live anywhere in this region)

Candidate - You will have a record of selling HVAC either via HVAC contractors and installers or consultant specifiers for commercial HVAC projects. Ideally this will be HVAC heating and cooling products, namely air conditioning, splits, multi's, VRV, VRF, DX, fan coils, AHU's, chillers, hybrid systems, ventilation, MVHR, HIU's, controls, heat exchangers but we are open to someone selling any associated product e.g. refrigeration, ventilation, plumbing, heating, heat pumps, boilers, ASHP's, booster sets, valves, piping and plumbing.

The Position

You will be focussed on building relationships with an extensive number of HVAC contractors, installers and consultant specifiers. Not only will you have the benefit of working for a top provider and recognised company in the HVAC industry, you will also be able to offer the latest hybrid and renewable heating and cooling technologies that help them not only comply with energy efficiency regulations but to surpass them and strive towards decarbonisation.

Experience Required

You will be a successful sales professional with a proven background of selling HVAC into contractors and installers and/or consultant specifiers whether cooling, heating, ventilation or controls. It will be an advantage if you have specifically sold air conditioning, DX, VRV / VRF, AHU’s, fan coils, chillers, controls, heat pumps or MVHR into contractors and installers however if you have sold another product such as refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, HIU's, heat exchangers, piping, booster sets, hot water cylinders etc into the same contractors, installers and consultant specifiers for commercial HVAC project applications please still apply as training will be given.
