Facilities Maintenance Engineers & Supervisors - #2153187

DR Newitt Engineering & Manufacturing are currently recruiting for a major facilities management business that has secured a significant new contract covering multiple sites across London.

As a result of this expansion, we are looking to speak with experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineers, Supervisors and Fabric Engineers who are interested in joining an established business with long-term opportunities available.

We are currently recruiting for:

Electrical Mobile Engineers

• Electrical maintenance and PPM across commercial / facilities environments
• Reactive fault finding and repairs
• Electrical inspections and testing
• Experience working within commercial buildings / FM environments preferred
• Relevant electrical qualifications required

Mechanical Mobile Engineers

• Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance
• General building services maintenance
• Fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance
• Experience within commercial / facilities environments preferred
• Relevant mechanical qualifications desirable

Mobile Supervisors – Mechanical & Electrical

• Supervising mobile engineering teams across multiple London sites
• Ensuring PPM and reactive works are completed to a high standard
• Supporting engineers with technical issues and site requirements
• Client liaison and day-to-day operational management
• Previous supervisory experience within facilities management / building services required

Mobile Fabric Engineers

• General building fabric maintenance across multiple sites
• Repairs and maintenance to doors, fixtures, fittings and building fabric
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating and general maintenance
• Previous experience in a mobile facilities / building maintenance role preferred
