Graduate Project Manager - Utility Infrastructure
Are you a post-graduate looking for your first step into a new and exciting career within infrastructure?

My client are a nationally recognised consultancy in project management, specialising in the end-to-end management of utility infrastrucutre projects in the UK, from master planning through to project delivery. 

They are looking for a process-driven candidate to join their growing team as their Graduate Project Manager, working closely with the Project Managers to ensure the timely delivery of multi million pound projects from tender stage through to installation and energisation.

What will your typical day look like?

• You'll be working closely to support the project management team on existing projects in a fast-paced environment. As such you'll be expected to be able to adapt as project types can vary from day to day!
• You'll attend internal project update meetings with the rest of the team, working collaboratively to solve problems together
• Liaising with external parties including clients, councils and other members of the supply chain
• The client's industry-leading project tracking software will be vital for you to keep track of your projects on a daily basis, so you'll need strong organisation skills in order to keep this updated regularly

You will be given exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across multi utilities including new electrical residential connections, electrical vehicle charge point installations and renewable energy schemes.
