I am currently partnered with a leading global insurer who are seeking a Broking Manager to join their growing client and distribution division.

The role is a strategic global broker distribution position rather than a traditional broker-facing BD role - looking at broker segmentation, portfolio/performance analysis, governance, market intelligence and shaping the global broker distribution framework.

My client is looking for an experienced distribution/broker strategy background, ideally with multinational experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global broker segmentation framework and distribution governance model.
• Develop broker performance dashboards, KPIs and management information to support senior decision-making.
• Provide strategic analysis of broker portfolios, market share, capacity deployment and distribution trends.
• Lead annual broker strategy reviews, performance assessments and governance forums.
• Develop and maintain broker engagement policies, frameworks and guidance for regional teams.
• Coordinate the implementation of global broker distribution initiatives across international business units.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and emerging broker and distribution models.
• Translate market, portfolio and performance insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Act as a centre of excellence for broker strategy, distribution governance and performance management.
• Support regulatory, risk and conduct requirements relating to broker distribution and oversight.
• Contribute to wider strategic projects and initiatives as required.
