Head of ER - #2153244

Multinational blue chip with several business lines and a prestigious reputation in the market. They have invested heavily in their people team in recent years under the guidance of a new CPO.

Joining the business, you will lead on all employee and industrial relations, strategically and operationally. Aside from taking ownership of the agenda, acting as the SME in complex cases and further developing an experienced team, you will lead the evolution of the function. Navigating the complexities of a commercial listed business, you will partner with ExCo., Management Committees, CPO and wider SLT to drive your strategic agenda.

As the successful Head of ER, you will be an SME in complex ER, adept at leading ER functions in a commercial business setting and have exceptional, senior stakeholder - including Exec - influencing skills. You will be an excellent communicator with a track record of setting and delivering against strategy, in partnership with peers. Experience with trade unions is advantageous.

Competitive pack is dependent on experience, with a base salary between £125,000 and £140,000.
