Your new role This is a newly created permanent Finance Business Partner job, due to company expansion. Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering/Senior Finance Business Partner, you will support the planning, reporting and analysis for multiple business entities, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure best-informed decisions can be made. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Deliver commercial and operational insights through the analysis of financial and business data, supporting informed decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Partner with key contacts to identify areas of opportunity, risk, and performance improvement across various business functions.
• Utilise a range of internal systems, reporting tools, and data sources to gather, analyse, and interpret information.
• Produce and maintain regular performance reporting, ensuring stakeholders have access to meaningful and consistent business metrics.
• Provide support on ad hoc projects, including business case preparation, modelling, reporting, and presentation materials.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making through the combination of internal performance analysis and external market intelligence.
• Build strong collaborative relationships across departments, acting as a trusted source of analytical support and commercial insight.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities relating to customer outcomes, operational delivery, and commercial performance.
• Continuously enhance reporting processes and management information to improve visibility and support business objectives.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing financial planning activities.
• Work closely with colleagues across multiple locations to promote effective communication and a consistent approach to performance management.
• Support senior stakeholders with long-term planning, strategic initiatives, and business growth objectives.
• Act as a key point of contact for business insight requests, providing timely analysis and recommendations as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Recent, relevant experience in a similar commercial role such as a Finance Analyst or Business Partner
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and add value
• Confident presentation skills
• You will be data-driven and analytical, with the ability to understand and translate complex information
• Experience working in an international/multi-entity environment
• Self-motivated and independent
• Previous experience working with BI tools and excellent Excel competency
• Salesforce/Google Analytics/SQL/NetSuite experience is advantageous (not essential)
• Prior experience in digital, technology, attractions, retail or FMCG industries is desirable
