Business Development & Marketing Manager (12 month FTC) - #2153294

A leading global law firm is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join its international BD team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working within the global Debt Finance product team, the role will support partners and lawyers in identifying and pursuing revenue opportunities, developing client relationships and delivering targeted BD and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of the product group's BD strategy and plans.
• Identify client, market and revenue opportunities using market intelligence.
• Contribute to pitches, capability statements and client development initiatives.
• Support events, conferences, sponsorships, PR and marketing communications.
• Coordinate directory and awards submissions and thought leadership.
• Build strong relationships with partners, lawyers and global BD stakeholders.
• Help deliver wider BD projects and initiatives across the firm.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Professional services BD experience, ideally within a law firm.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of relevant legal products and markets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• The confidence to build trusted advisory relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
• A degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
