Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Accounting Partner to join their leadership team and play a key role in driving client success, developing people and contributing to the firm's long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounting Partner, you will:

• Lead and grow an established portfolio of business clients.
• Act as a trusted adviser to founders, directors and senior stakeholders.
• Drive client retention, development and growth.
• Identify and deliver new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Champion technology and process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with specialist advisory colleagues to provide a comprehensive client offering.

About you

You will likely be:

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
• An existing Partner, Director or senior leader within an accountancy practice.
• Commercially minded with a proven track record of developing clients and generating revenue.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
• A strong people leader who enjoys developing teams.
• Enthusiastic about technology and the future of the profession.
