• Performance Marketers specialising in Meta and Google platforms

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns for ecommerce or DTC brands. We are particularly interested in professionals who understand the commercial metrics behind performance, including CPA, CAC, contribution margin and LTV.

Strong candidates will demonstrate:

• Recent, practical experience with Meta and Google Ads

• Clearly defined campaign objectives and measurable outcomes

• Systematic creative testing methodologies

• Budget pacing and optimisation expertise

• Excellent client communication skills

• Experience within fashion, beauty, wellness or lifestyle sectors
