Brighton | £50,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

We're working with a growing and well-established business in the Brighton area looking to appoint an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement across planning, procurement, inventory and supplier performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded supply chain professional who enjoys working cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders and developing robust processes that support business growth.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials, products and information throughout the supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing supply chain strategy and day-to-day operations
• Improving forecasting, planning and inventory management processes
• Building and maintaining supplier relationships
• Monitoring supplier performance, cost control and service levels
• Working closely with procurement, operations, warehousing and customer teams
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings
• Supporting business growth through scalable supply chain solutions
• Producing management information and operational reporting

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a Supply Chain Manager position or similar senior supply chain role
• Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, inventory and supplier management
• Experience leading supply chain improvement projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, logistics or related sectors would be advantageous
