Wise May are looking for a Early Careers Coordinator to join a progressive Law firm based in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly established law firm and support a busy, high performing Recruitment team with their Early Careers recruitment.

This is a fast-paced and hands on role, focused on coordinating a high volume of interviews, managing candidate logistics and supporting the full early careers lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.

This is a full time, permanent position. The role has hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).

Early Careers Coordinator duties and responsibilities:

• Managing all early careers recruitment from start to finish
• Managing interview scheduling and logistics through the ATS system
• Liaising with candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Ensuring a high level of candidate care and professionalism at all stages of the hiring process
• Assist with offer documentation, compliance and onboarding.
• Maintain internal records and produce reports.

Early Careers Coordinator skills and experience required:

• Previous experience within Early Careers recruitment coordination, within a law firm
• Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
