The Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial Cat B office fit-out in Baker Street.

The project includes a £1m basement fit-out for a gym, alongside associated office space, so the successful candidate will need strong experience managing commercial interiors and be comfortable coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on a live fit-out project.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
• Coordinate multiple trades across the office and basement gym areas.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
• Manage site inductions, RAMS and health & safety requirements.
• Monitor quality and workmanship throughout the project.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team.
• Maintain site records, progress updates and daily reporting through Procore.
• Ensure the site remains organised, safe and compliant.
• Identify and resolve site issues quickly to maintain programme.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong Cat B office fit-out experience.
• Experience managing projects of around £1m+.
• Previous Procore experience – essential.
• Experience with complex internal fit-outs / leisure or gym environments would be advantageous.
