Description

• Lead SAP integration and separation work-streams across M&A transactions
• Deliver complex ERP transformation programmes from strategy through execution
• Advise senior stakeholders on technology risks, opportunities and value creation
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams across transformation initiatives
• Support business development activities and contribute to pipeline growth
• Lead client engagements, including scoping, solution design and delivery oversight
• Develop innovative SAP and ERP-focused propositions within the Technology M&A market Contribute thought leadership across the Consulting, Technology M&A, ERP Transformation sector

Profile

The Successful Applicant

• Experience leading SAP integration or carve-out programmes within M&A environments Strong background delivering complex ERP transformation projects
• Knowledge of business processes across finance, procurement, manufacturing and supply chain Experience managing data migration activities within enterprise programmes
• Ability to engage credibly with C-suite and senior business leaders
• Strong commercial awareness and business development capability
• Understanding of the technology deal life-cycle, including due diligence and transition planning Proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful outcomes in Consulting, Technology M&A, ERP Transformation environments
