Are you a Lead Electrical Engineer or Supervisor looking for an exciting new role offering ongoing technical training and career progression?

This is a fantastic opportunity where you'll combine hands-on engineering knowledge with team leadership, coordinating both day and shift engineers while ensuring KPIs and maintenance schedules are consistently achieved.

Alongside this you will be able to continue your professional development through funded training courses both for leadership & technical, with progression routes available into senior leadership.

The company are the UK's leading facilities management business and this role will see you working on a key business contract at a secure site within a commercial maintenance environment.

This position would suit a Lead Electrical Engineer or Supervisor looking for a smart career move with development potential.

The Role:

• Supervision of Shift Engineers (Mechanical & Electrical)
• Mixture of planned & reactive maintenance
• 4 on 4 off (2 days 2 nights) shift pattern

The Candidate:

• Electrical bias
• Lead or supervisory experience
• Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must hold UK citizenship
