Head of Security - #2154201

Catch 22 are recruiting for an experienced Head of Security to join a prestigious Central London site on a temporary basis for approximately 3-4 months.

About the role:

• From £24.04 Per Hour (Depending upon experience)
• Central London (Site based)
• 3-4 month temporary contract
• Must have SIA Security Licence

The successful candidate will lead security teams, manage risk and compliance, and ensure the highest standards of security safety are maintained across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the on-site security function
• Manage and support the security team
• Oversee incident management, investigations and reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with all security, health & safety and legislative requirements
• Review and enhance security policies, procedures and risk assessments
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Monitor service delivery against agreed KPIs.
• Produce reports, performance data and recommendations for senior stakeholders

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a senior security management or Head of Security role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing abilities
• Strong understanding of security risk management, compliance and best practice
• SIA Licence essential
• Ability to start at short notice or immediately
