About the role - Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to join a secondary academy and provide classroom supervision in the absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-set work, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain focused and engaged in their learning. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to maintain a positive learning environment, and confidence working with young people across Key Stages.
