VIQU has partnered with an established UK consultancy operating across pensions, investments and employee benefits. The business is looking for an AI Enablement Lead to drive practical AI adoption across the organisation, taking ownership of opportunities from initial discovery through to delivery and rollout.

This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of business and technology, identifying where AI can create genuine value and turning those opportunities into well-defined, deliverable solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the AI Enablement Lead

• Identify and prioritise AI use cases based on business value, feasibility and risk.
• Lead discovery workshops with business teams.
• Capture current processes, pain points and desired outcomes.
• Translate opportunities into clear, delivery-ready use cases.
• Own the AI use case pipeline from discovery through to deployment.
• Partner with technical teams and external AI delivery partners.
• Support the design, build, testing and rollout of AI automation solutions.
• Define and track value delivered by individual use cases.
• Report AI delivery progress to leadership.

Key Requirements of the AI Enablement Lead

• Strong understanding of AI models, generative AI and automation.
• Knowledge of how AI technologies can be applied within a business environment.
• Experience identifying high-value AI or automation opportunities.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience.
• Experience translating business needs into delivery-ready use cases.
• Experience working with technology teams, delivery partners or vendors.
• Strong business and technical stakeholder engagement skills.
• AI/ML, business analysis or change management certifications are advantageous but not essential.
