Are you a Boyswear Designer with a great eye for product, a strong commercial mindset and plenty of creative energy?

This could be a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced, global fashion business working with some of the biggest names across fashion and sport.

With an incredible portfolio of internationally recognised brands, the business designs, develops and manufactures product that is sold all over the world.

They're now looking for an experienced Boyswear Designer to join their Kidswear team and take ownership of exciting, multi-product collections for one of their high profile global brands.

What's the role?

You'll be designing head-to-toe boyswear collections, from jersey and sweats through to knitwear, wovens and outerwear.

You'll bring your own creative handwriting to the role, while making sure every collection feels true to the brand, relevant to the customer and commercially strong.

You'll be involved from initial concept through to final product, including:

· Creating trend-led, commercially relevant boyswear collections

· Developing colour palettes, graphics, prints and product concepts

· Researching trends, fabrics and market direction

· Working closely with technical, production and brand teams to bring ideas to life

· Creating detailed CADs, technical drawings and specifications

· Attending fit sessions and reviewing samples

· Working closely with factories, mills and international teams

· Presenting collections to senior stakeholders

· Using market and sales insight to help shape future ranges

What are they looking for?

We're looking for someone with 3+ years' design experience, ideally across boyswear, kidswear or menswear, who really understands product and knows how to balance creativity with commerciality.

You'll ideally have:

· Strong multi-product design experience

· Excellent technical drawing and Adobe/CAD skills

· A good understanding of fabrics, construction and manufacturing

· A strong eye for trend, colour and detail

· Experience taking product from concept through to final sample

· The confidence to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams

· A proactive, organised and collaborative approach

Experience across graphics and/or print would be a great bonus.
