A Maths Cover Supervisor is needed in a Coeducational Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This Maths Cover Supervisor position can be part or full time and will be temporary in the first instance.

If appointed as a Maths Cover Supervisor, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Covering Maths lessons in the absence of class teachers
• Managing pupil behaviour effectively and promoting positive behaviour
• Engaging with pupils in classes and ensuring the schools behaviour policies are upheld
• Holding good understanding of ICT and how to carry out basic administrative tasks
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and adapting to different situations effectively

The rates of pay for this Maths Cover Supervisor post will be between £85.50 to £125 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

A Mixed Academy School & Sixth Form for pupils aged 11 to 19 years old, located in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

It was established in 2014.

A high percentage of pupils apply to Russell Group universities.

Extra-curricular activities also play a large part of the school's life, including music and sports events, as well as museum trips.

They have historically produced results that place it within the top 1% of schools nationally.

Requirements

You will be considered if you're a recent Maths Graduate or experienced Maths Cover Supervisor.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Maths Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Maths Cover Supervisor.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this role as a Maths Cover Supervisor:

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• UK Bachelor's Degree in Maths or an overseas equivalent
• Experience of working with children/teenagers or as a Maths Cover Supervisor in UK schools
