Receptionist - #2154287

Owen Reed is looking for a polished and personable Front of House Receptionist to join a respected London law firm on a three-month fixed-term contract.

You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm, professional and discreet welcome. This is a busy reception role suited to someone who can stay composed under pressure and deliver excellent service to high-net-worth clients.

The role will involve:

• Greeting clients and visitors and managing their arrival.
• Answering calls, handling enquiries and taking accurate messages.
• Coordinating meeting rooms and liaising with colleagues ahead of client meetings.
• Keeping the reception area organised and presentable.
• Providing general front of house and administrative support.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in reception or front of house within a law firm, professional services firm or similarly high-end setting.
• Articulate, well presented and confident with clients.
• Discreet, organised and calm when managing competing demands.
• Flexible to cover shifts within the reception’s opening hours.
• Available to start in late October.
