Location: London SE1 (Hybrid - Minimum 3 Days per Week in Office)
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract via Adecco for Aesop UK (Potential Extension to 12 Months)
Rate: £150 per day
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours per Week)
Start Date: October 2026

The Opportunity

Aesop is seeking an experienced Omni Media Strategist to join its global CRM & Omni-Media team. Working closely with the Global Head of CRM & Omni-Media, you will play a key role in shaping media strategy, supporting campaign planning, analysing performance, and working collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a media professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery. You'll help ensure media activities are effectively planned, executed, measured, and continuously optimised to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of global omni-channel media strategies.
• Create and manage detailed media plans across multiple international markets.
• Brief creative, content and copy teams on campaign asset requirements.
• Coordinate campaign assets through activation, ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met.
• Partner with global and local market teams to provide media guidance and support.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research and trend forecasting.
• Ensure campaign reporting, tracking and measurement frameworks are implemented effectively.
• Act as a key point of contact for media-related support, queries and troubleshooting.
• Support testing and optimisation initiatives across audiences, creative and media channels.
• Foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across global teams and stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience working within a media agency, creative agency, or in-house media team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
• Experience working across international markets and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Previous experience within a luxury, premium beauty, fashion, lifestyle or similar premium consumer brand environment.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have

Whilst not essential, the following experience would be advantageous:

• Knowledge of campaign tracking, tagging and digital measurement principles.
• Experience supporting media activation or performance reporting activities.
